Join me for an immersive exploration of advanced basket weaving techniques designed for those with a foundational knowledge of the craft. This class will focus on intricate methods that elevate traditional basket weaving into a contemporary art form. This is a four-week series meeting on Wednesday evenings. During the course of this session, students will focus on advanced techniques such as twining and Cherokee inspired pieces. Together, we will create unique, functional pieces that reflect personal artistry while applying advanced techniques. All materials are provided. Prior weaving experience is required.
